Peach tart

Peach tart


Grease the form with butter over which sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cut the peaches into slices and arrange them in the shape of a tart like a flower. Place in the oven for about 10 minutes.

Top- Mix the 4 eggs with the remaining 8 tablespoons of sugar until they double in volume. Add the vanilla sugar oil and then the flour.

Remove the tray from the oven and pour the dough over the fruit. Bake until it passes the toothpick test.

After baking, let it cool and then turn it over.
