RECIPE PREPARATION Breads with cheese and fillet muscles:

Dough: Sift the flour into a bowl, sprinkle with salt. Rub the yeast until it dissolves with the sugar, put it over the flour together with the yogurt. We start mixing them by hand. The milk, which we put on the fire until it becomes warm, we pour it gradually, during which time we knead. When the dough becomes homogeneous, elastic, add the oil, knead for another 3-4 minutes until well incorporated. Cover it with a clean towel and leave it to rise for 40-50 minutes. Filling: We put the cheese on the grater with large meshes. We cut the muscle into suitable cubes. Pour the leavened dough on the work table, sprinkle a little flour. We divide it into 12 pieces, approximately equal. With your hands we spread a little each piece of dough, we put muscle, grated cheese, in the middle. We wrap the edges inwards, glue well so that no holes remain, we place them in a paper-lined tray with the wrapped side down. Beat the foam egg, grease them with a brush, then put them in the hot oven. Set a suitable temperature, leave the breads there until they are nicely browned. From here I also left with this recipe and having a pork muscle that normally took some time to penetrate, I cut it into 3-4 cm pieces and cooked it like this.

I cut the muscle into 3-4 cm thick pieces, which I then beat a little to flatten them, put them in a bowl and marinated them a little with curry, hot pepper flakes and teriyaki sauce. . Until the meat is marinated, I washed and cleaned the mushrooms, then I put them in the blender together with a teaspoon of curry paste, 2 dried tomatoes and garlic.

What kind of cheese do we use for the best baked potatoes?

You can put in these breaded potatoes in the oven any cheese you have in the fridge. I used cheddar, but it can also be ordinary or smoked cheese. If necessary, you can even put Telemea cheese, but it will not melt as well. Cheddar is very tasty, has a wonderful aroma and a yellow color that I really like. I have a passion for cheddar and I use it for almost anything. To cut the potatoes use chopsticks or 2 tablespoons between which you put each potato. Dissolve the yeast in the slightly warm milk.

Cover everything with the remaining dough.

Powder the surface of the pie with dry thyme.
Cover the pie tray with a kitchen towel and let it rest for about 30 minutes. at room temperature.
During this time we preheat the oven.

Bake the pie at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes (do the toothpick test to see if it is baked).
When the pie is ready, take the tray out of the oven, let it cool and then we can slice it.

1 kg of flour
500 ml of water
50 gr yeast
60 ml oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt

2 l apa
12 teaspoons baking soda
4 tablespoons salt

We start to knead and gradually add the oil and salt.

Knead until you get an elastic dough that you leave to rise for 30 minutes.

We form several round buns. I made them bigger and 15 pieces came out, it would be ideal to make about 30 pieces.

We put the water with the baking soda and the salt on the fire and when it boils we put the breads (I put two each) for a few seconds in the scalded water. We take them out directly on the tray on which we put baking paper.

Grow with a knife and sprinkle with sesame, cumin, poppy seeds, salt, etc.

Put the breads in the hot oven and leave them until golden brown.

Perfect in the morning for breakfast, at the package service or at school for the little ones' snack!
