Red fish on a bed of baked vegetables

This time I chose to make this type of fish with a mix of vegetables. An easy and very tasty dinner came out.

  • 2 red fish medium
  • salt, white pepper
  • Lemon
  • olive oil
  • green coriander
  • 2 large tomatoes, 1/2 bell pepper, 1/4 leek, 2 onions,
  • 6-7 medium potatoes
  • 1 glass of white wine

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Red fish on a bed of baked vegetables:

The fish is cleaned and seasoned with salt, ground white pepper and sprinkled with lemon juice and olive oil. Let it sit for about 1 hour.

Onions are cut into thicker slices; cut the tomatoes into slices, the square pepper, the leek into slices.

Chop some of the coriander and mix with the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and olive oil.

Put the vegetables in a heat-resistant dish, put the fish on top and pour white wine. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Serve with boiled potatoes.
