Homemade ketchup

Boil all the ingredients in a large pot.

Bring to a boil, simmer for an hour.

I didn't lose much, the donuts and Kapia were "meaty", the ketchup obtained is of good consistency.

Wash bottles in advance [I had Tedi's]. I got 15 bottles.

Put the ketchup in the dry bottles, screw it on and put it in the dry dunst to rest between the beds and blankets for about 2 days.

Serve the goodness with what you want, I have already used it as a marinade for parjoale.
