Tiramisu recipe with countertop


- Beat the egg whites with the sugar, add the yolks, flour and spices

- mix lightly, then pour the composition into the stove trays lined with baking paper

- put in the preheated oven at 180C for 35-40 min

- when it is ready, let it cool down a bit and peel off the baking paper, then leave it to cool and cut it into two equal pieces in width.


- Make a strong coffee and leave it to cool, then add the rum essence.

- I made the coffee with a little sugar because I didn't put too much sugar on the counter compared to the biscuits which are much sweeter.


- beat the yolks with the sugar very well, add the vanilla essence, then add the mascarpone cheese and mix well until smooth

- Beat the whipped cream hard and add it over the mascarpone cream, add the rum essence and mix well

- dress a round cake shape or another shape with plastic wrap

- put half of the cream on which you place the first countertop and syrup it with half the coffee, then add the other half of the cream, put the second countertop and syrup it with the rest of the coffee, cover with the foil left out and refrigerator for a few hours or overnight

Remove the cake from the fridge, cover with whipped cream and dust with cocoa or unmixed with a little vanilla flour. It is decorated according to your imagination!
