Moroccan pie with shrimp and chicken (video recipe)
For a start, break the noodles and put enough boiling water over them to cover them. We leave them for 5 minutes until they soften well.
Separately mix the shrimp with the chopped parsley, spices, garlic, ginger, a little olive oil, the juice of half a lemon, salt to taste.
Let the shrimp marinate for 5-10 minutes. Put a little olive oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces.
Leave it on the fire until the chicken is lightly cooked, add the shrimp mixed with the spices and after 5 minutes the Chinese noodles and mix the filling well.
We line a round tray greased with melted butter with pie sheets, taking care to leave most of the sheets out of the tray and add the filling (see video).
Take the sheets from the edge of the tray to the middle of the pie to cover the pie well, grease with butter and egg yolk on top and bake for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
Serve warm or cold with lemon and a summer salad.
