RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken salad with vegetables:

We clean the chicken breast from the skins and cut it into 2. The carrot is cleaned, rinsed and cut into two pieces, and the celery is put whole (I had a small one). Put them all to boil in salted water and pepper for about 20 minutes. When they are ready, cut the chicken into cubes, put the celery on the large grater and the carrot into thin slices. Add the drained and finely chopped mushrooms, drained corn and thinly sliced ​​cucumbers. Season with salt and pepper, add mayonnaise, parsley and mix well. It can be left cold or it can be served like this
