POTATO SOUP WITH YOGHURT AND LEUSTEAN CREAM
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.
Let it harden a little, then add the previously cleaned potatoes, washed and cut into small cubes, let them "play" a little with the vegetables together, then add the hot water, cover and let it boil.
When cooked, add salt, pepper and vegeta.
Then the sour cream and yogurt are rubbed well with three yolks, we put a little of the hot soup over the sour cream (not to be chewed if we put it directly) we chew well and we put over the soup, we adjust how sour we want, but it is best to put each one in the plate .
Then we pamper the soup with a rain of larch ..and ready to serve ..
