Spaghetti with tuna
the pasta is boiled in salted water, 10 min
drain and leave cold water on them, not to stick
Heat a little olive oil in a pan, cook the onion, pepper and garlic together a little, but do not fry, then add the bay leaves, finely chopped basil and broth, season with salt and add a cup of water and let it boil for 10 minutes, to penetrate with the taste of bay leaves and basil.
when the water has dropped, add the canned tuna and mix well, leave it for another 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat. Then add the parsley and the olives cut in four.
mix everything well then portion into plates.
it is served with parmesan cheese on top but can be replaced with another kind of cheese. I personally make them with parmesan cheese ... here we don't lack for such a thing !!!
my opinion that I go very well with a glass of semi-dry white wine ...
