Spicy warm cabbage
Put the cabbage in the cold water from evening to morning.
The next day, remove the stalks, chop the fidelita and squeeze well.
Peel and chop the onion.
The smoked ladder is cut into pieces.
Put the oil and the ladder in a saucepan and fry a little on both sides.
Remove the pieces on a plate.
Put the onion in the oil in which I fried the ladle and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add pepper, paprika and hot pepper jam and bring to a boil.
Add the cabbage, add water to the level, mix and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Put the chopped tomatoes and cook for another 10 minutes.
Put in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes to reduce the juice, stirring.
Remove and place the toasted ladder on top.
Place in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
When the juice drops and is nicely browned, it is ready.
Serve hot with polenta.
