Chicken and mushroom ciulama


Peel an onion and finely chop it, clean the kapia pepper, wash it and cut it into cubes.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and pepper and cook. Add the diced chicken breast, diced mushrooms, mix and add 200 ml of water and simmer. When the meat is cooked, make a thickening of 2 tablespoons of starch mixed with sour cream and milk. Stir continuously until thickened. Season with salt and pepper and add finely chopped parsley leaves.
