The Byrrh Special


makes 1 Servings

An incredibly simple cocktail that, odds are, you’ve never had before.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. Byrrh

  • 1½ oz. London dry gin

  • Lemon twist (for serving)

Recipe Preparation

  • Combine Byrrh and gin in a mixing glass, large glass, or cocktail shaker filled with ice; stir until outside of glass is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with lemon twist.
