Orange Mascarpone Dip
Dip strawberries into the creamy thing first, then the crunchy one.
½ cup mascarpone, room temperature
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
½ teaspoon finely grated orange zest
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberries and finely chopped salted, roasted pistachios (for serving)
Mix mascarpone, sugar, Grand Marnier, orange zest, and vanilla in a small bowl. Serve with strawberries and pistachios.
