I cleaned it of scales, I sliced ​​it on the belly and I took out its entrails, I found out that it is an EL, it had milk, good and that was fried.

Then I washed, portioned, notched, salted and rolled in corn.

I put the pan on the fire, let it heat up, I added oil and I put the pieces of fish to fry.

When they browned on one side, I turned them on the other side. I served it with polenta and green garlic.
