Couscous with nuts and breadcrumbs
I've been seeing this recipe on websites lately and I said I'd try it myself, especially since I've never eaten it. They are very good! I will definitely repeat the figure!
- 250 g couscous Băneasa
- 150-200 g nuts
- sugar to taste
- 2-3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- grated peel of half a lemon
- 1 sachet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons oil
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cochineal with nuts and breadcrumbs:
The couscous is boiled according to the instructions on the package.
Roast the walnuts a little in the oven, then grind finely. Mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon peel and breadcrumbs.
The cooked pasta is drained and mixed with the oil, then the ground walnuts with the sugar and the rest of the ingredients are incorporated.
They can be heated a little or served cold.
