To Use As A Cleanser:

Dispense one pump into wet palms and rub hands to create a lather. Massage gently onto wet skin for one minute, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Admire how bouncy your skin looks and then follow with your usual skincare regimen.

To Use As A Makeup Remover:

Use two pumps to create a lather in wet palms and gently massage into wet face and neck in small circular motions for a full minute to eliminate all traces of makeup (bye, panda eye!). Rinse thoroughly and follow with your usual skincare regimen.

As A 5-Minute Wash-Off Mask:

Apply a generous layer to clean, dry skin (we love doing this in the shower!). After 5 minutes, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Splash with cold water for a refreshing finish. Follow with your usual skincare regimen.

What is the pH?

We've consistently yielded results between 5.5 - 6. Results can vary depending on testing conditions.

Why are there real pieces of blueberry in the cleanser?

You may notice real blueberry pieces that have settled together at the bottom because of the dense, bouncy texture. Due to the natural formulation, the amount of visible blueberry sediment varies from bottle to bottle and with the photoshoot lighting we use, it's hard to capture on film.

Can I Recycle It?

Yes! Our travel-friendly plastic bottle is made with PET material and is 100% recyclable. Just rinse it after use and place it in your recycling bin. Make sure to separate the pump from the bottle. Then detach the top part of the pump and the plastic straw from the base. Only the top part of the pump and plastic straw can be recycled.

"Yes, the oils on your face make you glow too, it's not just the lotion in a bottle," she says. Alright, now that we understand the basics on radiant skin, here are 15 tips that will help you achieve it.

1. Stay hydrated.

I know, I know, you've heard it before, but anyone will tell you that the key to healthy looking skin is staying hydrated. So, grab yourself a cute water bottle (may I suggest a Hydroflask?) and make sure it's with you at all times because no matter what else you do, if you're not hydrated, your skin will show it.

2. Learn your skin type.

Before you can start treating your skin, it's important to know what kind of skin you have. Is it oily, dry, or a combination? Do some research or head to the dermatologist to get a definite answer. This way, you can make the most out of the products you use by picking lotions, washes, and masks out that specifically target your skin's biggest issues.

3. One word: Sunscreen.

I don't care if it isn't even sunny out, you should be wearing sunscreen every. single. day. UV rays damage your skin cells, and make your skin's surface uneven, meaning it won't "reflect the light very well, hence no glowiness," Dr. Shamban says. So, make it part of your morning routine and slap on suncreen every day!

4. Moisturize!

And while you're already applying cream to your face, make sure you moisturize as well. Dry skin looks dull, so hydrate your face at least once a day with a good moisturizer. Dr. Gohara says that for an extra hydration boost, especially in the winter, you can double moisturize. "Use a hydrating sheet mask over a layer of hyaluronic acid serum," she says.

5. Wash your face with a gentle cleanser.

Dr. Gohara says washing your face with a gentle and hydrating cleanser is crucial to achieve the glow. "Harsh cleansers strip your skin of natural oils, leaving it dry and more likely to be irritated," she explains.


4. Purple Smoothie

Because it looks like blueberries, you probably won’t notice that you’re sipping on (gasp) cabbage&mdashtrust us, we tried this recipe and it’s delicious. The leafy purple vegetable is packed with vitamin C (again with the collagen production) and antioxidants that fight skin-damaging free radicals. In fact, it has similar properties to blueberries, which give this smoothie its delicious flavor. Both are also high in fiber needed for digestive health&mdashas in, they’ll aid the systems that are removing waste and unwanted toxins that affect the skin. I had to come back and update my comment…oh my goodness thank you Jenny!! The recipe turned out well even for me and that’s a big deal because this is only the second thing I’ve ever baked ( and I don’t think pre-made cookie dough really counts). I even forgot to mix all the wet ingredients separately and I used your substitute with the half sour cream and half 1% milk for buttermilk. The glaze is fantastic and my 5 year old said it’s better than the ones we buy from our local bakery which means the world. Big hugs, thank you!

✅ I updated this recipe to use only all purpose flour with the option of whole wheat. It seems whole wheat pastry flour is very hard to find during the pandemic.

*Small tip to the eggless-baking types I used Bob’s Red Mill “Egg Replacer” (a powder, just add water), and these lemon blueberry muffins rose high and light. Also, made the half whole-wheat pastry flour version — and used lemon yogurt mixed with whole milk as a substitute for buttermilk. Will buy some dry buttermilk for future batches.

Finally found whole wheat pastry flour, muffins were so good, I did use frozen Wymans blueberrys from Maine, did the rinsing, blotting dry, flouring method and they came out so well, no bleeding whatsoever, the glaze was a plus, never did that before, I prefer smaller berries rather than cultivated ones, but did use 1 1/2 cups, wonderful recipe, thanks for sharing?

I just popped them in the oven. Made them exactly as the recipe said to make them. I love your recipes. They aren’t loaded with butter and the oil makes everything quite tasty.
