Donut pasta


1. Finely chop the donuts with the help of the robot.

2. Heat the oil in a thick pan, release the donuts, salt, bay leaves and sugar.

3. Let everything simmer until the composition reaches the desired consistency (in my case I let it drop to half of the initial amount). We don't forget to stir from time to time so that it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.

4. Put the hot paste in sterilized jars, put the lid on, turn them upside down and cover them with a blanket until the next day.

Note! I weighed the donuts after washing and cleaning the stalks and seeds.
