Boil the potatoes in their skins, in salted water for approx. 20 minutes, over medium heat, uncovered. Then drain, run under running cold water. The eggs are boiled in the shell for approx. 7 minutes, to be firm when cutting. Potatoes and eggs, passed under a stream of cold water, peel and cut into slices.In the mixture of potatoes and eggs, add leeks, sliced onions, olives and donuts cut into strips, Season everything with salt, pepper and a little vinegar, to taste, mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated.
The salad is served after it has been lightly cooled in the fridge !!!!
