Appetizer croissants with ham and cheddar

- 400 g puff pastry
- 100 g ham
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g cheddar

RECIPE PREPARATION Appetizer croissants with ham and cheddar:
We defrost the puff pastry in the evening in the fridge.
Spread the dough a little, cut it into triangles, grease each triangle with cream cheese.
Add a piece of ham, a slice of cheddar (or we can give it through a large grater)
We roll from the wide side to the top, giving the shape of a donut.
Place in a tray lined with baking paper and grease with beaten egg.
Put in the preheated oven until nicely browned.
